On the 14th of May 2010 the G.E.R.M.I. jury, represented by Francesco Maggio, Massimo Munari, Cesare Saldicco (coordinator) and Massimiliano Tisano, awarded the Call For Score GERMI 2010 prize to the following compositions:
Franco VENTURINI (Italy) – “Sur l’aile du tourbillon intelligent” for piano | 1st prize
Marco CARNEVALINI (Italy) – “Afasico” for saxophone | 2nd prize ex-aequoJosep PLANELLS SCHIAFFINO (Spain) – “Flamme violette” for piano | 2nd prize ex-aequo Roberta SILVESTRINI (Italy) – “Bougon” for baritone sax | 3rd prize The jury also awarded a Mention without prize to:
Yuko OHARA (Japan) – “Reverb” for piano
INTERNATIONAL COMPOSITION COMPETITION – “G.E.R.M.I.” AWARD 2009
The Jury of the International Composition Competition - Premio "GERMI" 2009 chaired by Ada Gentile and formed by Davide Anzaghi (Italy), Dante Grela (Argentina), Dinu Ghezzo (USA), Bruno Strobl (Austria) has evaluated the following winning scores:
Marco MOMI (Italy) - "Tre Aforismi" for bass sax and prepared and amplified piano | 1° prize
Christina ATHINODOROU (Cyprus) - "Saxum" for alto sax and piano | 2° prize
Phivos-Angelos KOLLIAS (Greece) - "True Story" for tenor sax and electronics | 3° prize
